All-Clad D5 Frying Pan
Sturdy, durable stainless steel frying pan that retains and distributes heat perfectly. Optimised to withstand the high heat of induction hobs, this warp-resistant pan is oven-compatible too. It is made to last a lifetime. ---DETAILS--- All-Clad is a pioneer of multi-ply cookware, in which metals are bonded together not just at the base but throughout the pan, providing effective, even heating without any hot spots. The d5 range was designed with the high heat of induction hobs in mind, as its five layers of indestructible metal—18/10 stainless steel exteriors, with two heavy-gauge layers of heat-responsive aluminium in the middle plus a core of stainless steel—help prevent warping. This also results in excellent heat retention, so your food stays warm long after you take it off the hob and to the table. All pans in the d5 range have curved rims for drip-free pouring, as well as riveted handles that mould comfortably to an underhanded grip. Both the inner and outer parts of these pans are finished with brushed stainless steel which resists fingerprint marks.
