Made in Italy, the Hestan CopperBond range has been optimised for induction hobs. These pans have five layers of metal: outer layers of stainless steel, supporting layers of aluminium, and a core of copper, a metal that provides unparalleled temperature control. The wraparound stainless steel base on each pan creates a greater contact area with the heat source, particularly useful for induction hobs. With copper sides and hanging loops, CopperBond pans are aesthetically pleasing as well as functional. User-friendly features include a flared rim for drip-free pouring, flat rivets that are easy to clean around, and straighter walls than standard pans, providing an extra half-inch of surface area for cooking. The ergonomic handles are contoured, which prevents slippage, and include finger guards that protect hands from getting too close to the pans. While oven-safe up to 315°C, Hestan CopperBond pans are not compatible for the dishwasher. These pans come with a lifetime warranty.

This six-piece set includes two frying pans (22cm and 28cm), two saucepans (16cm/1.4 litres and 20cm/2.8 litres), one saute pan (26cm/3.3 litres), and a stock pot (24cm/5.7 litres).
